Elephants, the largest and best recognised animal on earth.

Of course you will want to see plenty of elephants on your safari, and so you shall!!

Elephants - Safari

I'd say that the elephant is the most well known animal on earth, probably because it is so huge, so strong, and hence so iconic.

Fortunately, although elephants are endangered, the populations seem to be stable in some areas, especially the national safari parks in Kenya - tourism in many ways has for once been a positive influence!

This means of course that for now at least Elephants are a big part of any Safari Holiday ... let us hope that remains the case, long, long into the future.
